The rumor out here in AZ is that they are not of the highest quality but I've never met a person who has had a problem with one. They use new Mexican heads, Brazilian jugs and pistons, new cases with refurbished cranks. New oil pumps, ect. Go to their web site for more info.

Here's the deal with BAP engines.. A few years back they used a good portion of reground parts or used parts. NOW.. almost every part in their motors are new. This obviously makes a drastic change in performance and longevity of the motor. I'll say this.

Whoever you decide to buy a motor from. make sure you clearly understand the warranty and stick to their requirements for maintenance.
