I'm looking for wheels for my ghia. I work at a machine shop so I was thinking I would add a 4x100 bolt pattern to my exhisting disks and drums.
What combinations of size and offsets have worked for you?
I like these in 15's or maybe 16's but not sure if they'll fit.

If you switch to 4x100 your choice is endless but make sure you narrow that beam because most modern rims are FWD and have an offset that requires it or else they will stick out. _________________ GFK

I'm not sure about the offset. I'd love to hear from people who have done this themselves.
Won't FWD wheels be tucked in tighter than RWD? It looks like I have less room in the back of the ghia. |

6 x 16 et 50 will fit in the front if you are not too low with stock beam
7 X 16 et 40 will fit in back without mods
I have boxster wheels. Not sure about tuner wheels. |

The only way I could see would be with a two inch narrowed beam
and a whiteline style sway bar or no sway bar. It would rub on the inside.
Depending on the height you choose you may have to go to 45 profile
tires to prevent rubbing.
Good luck. 15's are easier because tires are more available for less $$ |
