When I roll my driver side window up it, the window it self seems to be rocked back a little and causes it to be very difficult to roll it up. If I grab the top of the window with one hand and hold it forward and roll it up it rolls very smoothly. So my question is… is there a adjustment that can be made to the window so it sits forward?

Loosen the two bolts that hold the lift channel to the window regulator, adjust window till it rolls up/down smoothly, and retighten bolts.

Also lube your felt window channels with something. Silicone spray or that spray with teflon WD40 is not a long term lubricant. This may be all you need to do.
