Fake weave Type 1 Bug Parcel Tray

I found this parcel tray for a Type 1 bug. It's made of a board covered with some plastic covered FAKE Weave that when you touch it, it feels kind of bumpy. The front has a foam coverd with black vinyl. Has any one else have or seen one before? I don't think it's home made either.

I have a shelf like that for in my 1960. Car was a black plate car. All orginal.

I have a type 3 parcel tray just like that. Had it since the 80's.
