How much is a original Hurst bus Shifter worth? I got it when I bought my 66 bus and just wanted to see the value of it.

I think I have seen one for sale on this site before for $100.

It really depends on the the shape its in. If it is the lengthened style its only worth about $79. Many hippies carried plasma cutters and lengthened them so they could shift from the the back seat. You will be able to tell if your was lengthened because your front seat will be removed and the pedal assembly reinstalled in the cargo compartment. Your steering wheel will also have been move to the back. You can fix this problem by taking it to bobs vw in norwalk conn. they'll do the re-conversion for a measly $569.
