I live in France.
I am looking for a fiberglass decklid for a 61 bug and another for a 69 bug.
Have you one like this?

I have seen on the site og MarkVfiberglass.com that he sell decklids like but have you his email?

aircooled.net has fiberglass decklids and they ship international.
Also, there is a company called Remmele Motorsports that makes carbon fiber decklids. I think they're based in France, so that might be the way to go if you can find their contact info.
