I bought a postcard on ebay the other day because it had a cool logo'd deluxe on it. Upon closer inpsection it is a barndoor deluxe! Does anyone have more photo's or information about this bus? How cool would it be to get shuttled to Disneyland in a barndoor deluxe?

Based on that T-bird, that photo was taken at least in the mid '60's.
So the bus was at least 10 years old at the time.
I wonder if it survived..... _________________ Founder and Chairman Emeritus, ECMSAS

Well, here's what's at 1734 Harbor Blvd (directly across from Disneyland) now:

Too bad, but the cool thing is that the bus probably spent its whole life hauling happy families to Disneyland and back. That bus would have good karma if it still exists. |

LOL...heck, I think my wife and I stayed at a hotel a couple doors down from this place last summer. Would have been cooler if it still looked like the fantasy inn!

I know for sure that the bus was NOT around by the mid eightys. When I was younger I used to work at the happiest place on earth. To bad I don't know of any old timers to ask if they remember it. _________________ '62 Rag Top Bug
