I know that cause 12 to 15 years ago, before the falling tree, I removed all the roof windows from plexiglas (some were broken).
That's it |

oorwullie has right !
I confirm that isn't a Beutler but a Ernst Auwärter.
When I remove the plexiglas from the roof long time ago (that I still have yet), I took also the M-Code plate (so I've the VIN [then I've also the papers of the bus]) and finally an original Ernst Auwärter badge witch was on the engine decklid.

i would've taken the whole bus when i first saw it in 1978 but the swiss airforce wouldn't lend me a big helicopter to lift it out.
at least the identity is definite, but i'm sure there will be hundreds of people who'll still argue that it's a beutler. |

Yes indeed.
And the plexiglas, too. _________________ Founder and Chairman Emeritus, ECMSAS

OK, let's do it. I know the new owner of that bus. He is interested to get in touch with oldspeed-ch. If he is also willing we can start over. |
