Hello Everyone,
We aren't dead, we have just been busy taking care of all the things that we let slack last year while we were building the car.
We have been working on our project for the 2010 season. We are borrowing a vehicle from Burly Burlile (a 1974 standard beetle). We are using the same base engine as last year, with a few changes.
We have a new website up that goes over all of the changes. All of last years information is on the site, along with the new stuff. The site is a work in progress, but enough of it is up that you can get an idea of what we are doing.
To access the pages fro last year, click on the BlackLine '57 link in the left hand tool bar. To see what we are doing for this years project, click on the Plans for 2010 link on the left.
For a special treat, once on the 2010 page, click the intake link and there are videos of the engine on the dyno!!!
We will be updating as often as we can this year.
Thanks to all of you for the great support you have been,
BlackLine Racing Team |
