You need a certain angle for stock lights to look right. That fender looks too flat at the rear. Hard to tell, though.

If you gotta have that specific kit, you could use tab-mount lights off the bumper. Or look for an acceptable aftermarket fender-mount alternative. Walmart and especially truck stops can provide ideas.

That fender looks a lot like user Auslander's. Is that the stock bolt pattern? You could ask him if he had stock lights on it. He might know if its the same kit

Those fenders look metal, and they're more round.

You are better off not mounting anything that heavy on fiberglass. I would suggest putting some cheap trailer/buggy lights on your rear cage.

I think fiberglass fenders would be too flimsy to mount that heavy of a light on. it would bounce around. There isn't a need for all 4 tail lights, I've been meaning to wire them as blinkers and brakelight combos. never got around to it...

They don't fit exactly flush, but you don't notice it.

I went w/ 60's style on my fiberglass fenders, I reinforced the area where they mount w/ some generic hose hooks from tractor supply that were on sale for a dollar. Once its all tightened up I can lean against the fenders and they are solid. Call it the beer buzz lean test..lol

I think I'm going to do them like this. It's still up for suggestion though.
