I'd bet $5.00 it'll wind up in Puerto Rico with the "factory" 1945 Kooblecar pickup truck, represented as something it's clearly not.

As a habit, I don't post on the samba, but I would like to post and request that this thread be locked. I had given permission to Dave to come on here and post up about what I found to try and get more information and a value. For those of you that posted to that end I am thankful. My goal was/is to see this chassis get into the hands of someone who can do it justice and properly document it for posterity. I will ask the new owner to reopen this thread as he sees fit.

Thank you Everrett for this wonderful site!
