Hello Folks,
Today I brought home a couple of old splits, 1958 double door panel and a 1962 window bus. I have been feeling split window envy ever since I traded my splitty for a rabbit diesel pickup.
Here I am somewhere between overwhelmed and elated over my recent find and purchase here in Mid Missouri.
Tomorrow Mark and I go pickup the rest of the stuff.
I just could not bear them going to the crusher. Maybe next year, at Buses Nowhere Near the Arch, I can win the most in need of restoration award for the third time!! Look out Bill here I come.

Culito,
I really did not think there were any left in Mid Missouri,
These were in the Kingdom of Callaway.
The green one could be yours. Are you ambitious??
I want to make the dd my Turner Hall logo bus.

Right on Dave... I remember D posting a pic of that panel years back. I've got multiple rear transmission cradles at my place, btw. One is out of a 58.

Here are more pictures from my phone. I will post more of the other bus soon. If anyone is interested the beetles and bays they will be scrapped soon. Contact Ed Martin in Fulton Missouri, he would sell them. His cell #573-821-3128.
Mark and I worked all day yesterday hauling the booty home. 36 heads, 4 a/c blocks, 5 a/c long blocks, 2 diesel blocks, 4 diesel heads and mountains of uninteresting stuff. The old toyota hauled it and the trailer like it was nothing. We arrived safely back to our homes exhausted at 6 p.m.
Look for me at the next swap meet or maybe I will have a garage sale in Boonville, MO.
Exhaustedly yours,
David

Okay Dave!
Bring one of those "bitches" on to BNNTA #27 and yes, you'll probably win your next "most in need..." award. Congrats on the Mid-MO finds. Any decent condition 1500 cc cases close to #H0 701 859 that I might use for my '67 ???
Happy hunting!

Hello Bill,
I have a bunch of cases, engines short and long blocks (about 12), about half are H blocks.
I will check your numbers. I have 42 a/c heads at last count. 2 diesel blocks and 4 heads.
I'm scared!
Time for a garage sale!
Cully,
Can't you raise chickens in it?
Columbia now allow chickens right?
