Well Hi All
This is my first roof rack I have built, parts of the rack, I had built for me.
let the pics speak....
showing the slats
You can't believe the work, that went in to this...
Guide Lights so you know where the edge is and don't fall off...
running light
brake light
And still work in progress
Slats support max 180lbs ea at the span.. that means I can step on any one slat mid span.....even the narrow ones ....and rack is rated at 500lbs max load... total length 12' width 56" slat length 10' _________________ Roadster Bus

Hi All Today I test fit the rack, I am installing on my bus.
Thought you might enjoy some new pics... pretty exciting
And I had to test fit with no help.

Well fabricated the legs for the rack, modified the clamps. And got it mounted
An all day affair.. measure check measure... cut weld...
A view of the front.. note the set back. thats to keep the air flow over the top ... plus the slats stop 2 feet back...
