I forgot to add one more thing. I did not realize that the previous owner of this bus was actually on one of those hoarder tv shows! I asked my brother about it after I noticed some of posts on this thread. I was surprised to find this out!
Now I wonder if tv lures some body else to that area before me? I am pretty sure of this. Post your experience approaching the owner, etc???
BTW, anybody got a link to the tv show episode?? I couldnt find anything.
Thanks! _________________ Instagram- @vwwanderers

I was wondering how much of the rust will come off of the nose with a little but of CLR..........I used it with a magic eraser on some rust streaks and it worked well.
Sorry, no info on the hoarder show |

Good work, man! Impressive! I think some of the Santa Cruz Type 2 guys are working to save some vehicles off that property. _________________ 9th Owner of a 1971 Tintop Westy

My sisters old boyfriend, a Santa Cruz 1965 flip seat bus owner, told me about this guy in the late 1990's. _________________ Call your Cunado's:

Once my bus is road worthy, which isnt long from right now. Then I will move my focus on body and interior. My friend recommended me to use a clay style eraser....I will keep magic eraser in mind if needed.

Thats a great news. I hope these guys can chime in. As it seemed that the owner is kind of angry for letting the 63 go and shut me out for the other split bus. Oh well!

1990's?? Wow, I am sure a lot of people made an offer on my 63 since then. Guess I am really lucky after all! _________________ Instagram- @vwwanderers
