Few shots after I sanded inner fenderwells and respray'd semi gloss black deltron. And my weber windows that I make installed.

Now that all the paint work is done, The fun begins. After years of collecting parts, Finally something to show for it.

A few of the NOS parts I found, Include'n the NOS rubber piece's. I striped and recad plated all the original hardware and organized in plastic storage containers

These are some NOS 5 spokes I found , So after I filed and sanded the lips of the wheels to get ready for hector, My polisher. I made this disk to screw into the cap screw holes so when the wheels where get'n polished he would not lean into the original finish and mess it up

Awesome stuff! How did you make the tunnel bottem removeable? Did you use nut inserts in the pan halves to bolt the bottem back to? I've made repairs to some of the tubes but only from the outside of the tunnel by cutting holes in the sides. Never thougt about taking the bottem off.

Thanks, I used aircraft nut plates on pan and counter sunk allenhead screws for fastener's. Does make it ez to repair any problems in tunnel.

Yes, It is 5/8 x 1/8 cr flat stock. Then rosette welded to edge's of the pan center.
