Inner wheel Colour code for a 1950 L41 split beetle...

What's the correct paint code for the wheel centres on December 50 Black beetle. From other photos it looks cream/beige, can anyone help?

Hi all,

I'm getting the wheels painted in the next couple of weeks. After a bit of research, I believe the middle section (hub) was painted L75, could anyone please confirm?

Beginning 5/1950 the outer part of the wheel rim is black L41 and the inner part Pergamentweiß L81. If your car is earlier than 5/50, the entire rim is Perlgrau.
