Hey guys,

Here's an updated look at the shop. This is FF#002, a 2 seated version of the 23 car. Thanks for all the input/comments and happy motoring-

Adrian, in regard to engine building there are literally hundreds if not more of build combinations that will achieve differing levels of torque, speed, overall performance and reliabiliy.

I am using a modified Porsche 912 crank, isky 2j cam, modified dual Port heads, pistons and jugs as well as dual carbs...

I would encourage you to dig through what guys here are doing as they have far more experience than I with this being my first (and on going) engine build. I would also definitely pick up these 2 books: http://www.thesamba.com/vw/forum/viewtopic.php?p=1598827

Incredible. I would give my VW Fridolin, arm and leg for the two seater version!

Hey Chris-

It was great to meet and talk to you in Elkhart Lake Friday night. The car is spectacular! I'm glad you decided to bring it down for the event. You should SERIOUSLY consider entering it in the Saturday night concours event next year if you still have it.
