I thought I had updated this a while back. Been busy with big remodel project on my house.

Yes it was the ECU. I purchased a used one and it fired right up. Although it still needs the timing set, new fuel and coolant lines and a few other things to make her road worthy. That is if the compression check is ok. It has been sitting in a garage since 2001. Hope to have things sorted by late fall or through the winter.
