Asking and selling are two different animals. Just because iIslap a $30K tag on my kombi..doesn't mean someone is stupid enough to buy it. Or does it?

Here's the link to the auction results.
http://www.goodingco.com/prices_realized_PBA05.html
With the 10% buyers fees the actual purchase price was $99,000 !!
It was an extremely cherry all original example, but it was still just a hardtop Westy.
Insane...has to be a new record! _________________ Cheers!

And yet with prices like that some idiot will still come up to knock on the door and ask if he can buy your bus/truck/whatever for $200...either way it's ridiculous... _________________ <---Air Cooled Search & Rescue Team - STICKERS & T-shirts for sale!

If I can get 1/5 of that obscene money for the 66 hardtop that I am restoring, I will be more than happy...
Would be nice to see some pics of this $99,000 Westy.

If it is an A42 like they mention, it didn't come with a roof rack or tent.
