Its ok i have used the pictures and scaled them.Its 200mm looking from the top.

Thanks for posting those pics .Not everyday you see a nos 25hp exhaust.Certainly makes some nice wall art.

255 from tip to muffler along center. Bend 155 mm from tip.

I dont suppose you would take a photo of how the pipework is inside that rusted VW muffler you have ?I am really keen to see whats inside them and sure others are to.If you look at my thread on the 53-57 forum you will see why.

Here is what the inside of mine looks like. Mine is exactly like Mica's although is slightly worse shape....

This is the left side where the exhaust pipes come in. The exhaust flange on the upper tube is not attached to the pipe in this picture.

This is the inner baffle. It is centered and the small portion with the small holes is pointing strait up.

Thanks ,i really appreciate you taking the time to post those pics.it does confirm that there are baffles which my repro definitly doesnt.I will try to copy that arrangment though not sure how yet.

I understand about the VW logo,- interesting to see DRP stamped on it.. wish I could make out the scuffed area above that.. I think I see some letters there...
