I have a question about 1948 seats.
I have researched here on the samba and in many VW books. The books seem to skip from 1946 straight to 1949. I have been able to find pictures of seats for both those years, but not any from 1948.
I would appreciate any thoughts about changes done in these years. Also any pictures of original 1948 seats would be helpful. My seats are original (wing nut), but had been re-covered in the 50's.
Thanks. |

Marcus,
Thanks so much!
That really helps, didn't think to even ask you for pics.
