Seat covers and foams

I ordered a set of seat covers and foams for the 79 from Mid America. The covers are by TMI. Pulling them out of the box, there are no holes for the head rests. The box labels say that these are the correct parts. So, is this the way they come (you have to make your own holes), or was the box mislabeled?

Yes, install the cover and use a razor blade to cut an x across the headrest hole. Insert the black musroom looking trim to finish out the hole.
