unless my vanagon is a

1986½ Vanagon GL Wolfsburg Limited Edition

would it have a wolfsburg crest on the fender?

I'm not sure about the year range on the Wolfsburg edition. The crests are easy to pop off and put on a Vanagon that did not originally have them.

I think wolfsburg editions were from 86 to 89, and possibly in 90.
