this is a very nice version of 70's beetle

i like this standard model very much in this color:

I like this model also... standard/econo/spaarkever/sparkafer etc model...

Very cool metal dash. I like 68 up bugs but hate the padded dash. Very cool........

originally a 1200, but I`m going to use a 1600 with dual 36 dellortos

I second that! After doing all my research before purchasing my first bug I too decided on an older model with metal dash. That's probably one of my favorite points about the bug along with the shape.

I agree it is nice and it has a metal dash Very Happy . In USA from 1968 on our beetles had a dash pad which in my opinion makes them ugly.

This is the Beetle of my friend, it is a standard, it's rare in Italy. He uses this Beetle for going to work and going to the aircooled VW shows. It's electric equipment is 6 volt, the car runs great and it's in so so good condition, I think it's a really nice one!
