Well.... Its a bit more than a year later and today, I received my final restitution check from our buddy, Kyle. Having moved to CA, I doubt that I will get the chance to personally 'thank' him, but whatever. His contribution to my ever-dwindling bank account helped me out this week. And I am the process of restoring the swamp cooler to its OG glory. Thank goodness too, 'cause its DAMN HOT HERE and the swamp cooler works great. Very Happy

Bully for me.

well to be fair i'd never really get the posse together, i was just speaking out in anger. He did the right thing by getting the law involved, we don't need turds like this being able to vote and such, much less carry a weapon. a beat down wouldn't accomplish anything, and most likely wouldn't get your money back either.Wasn't serious just angry, has anyone heard what the sentence was? i doubt it went to trial..... i would like to know that he really did get his. Cool

I was contacted by the courts today about financial compensation for the money I spent buying my stolen property back... Also, my gas spent driving an hour each way (down and back-TWICE) and time loss from work. They did not give me specific info on the douchebag thief.
