Thanks -- I'm fine - no injuries.

I will probably just let her ins. co. total the car - that is easier for me. I'm not sure how a buy back would work, but at minimum, it will be in a junk yard in a couple weeks or so.

Glad it wasn't my Westy, or even worse, my old Porsche 911 that I've worked on for thousands of hours...

Sorry to hear about the accident and hope every is ok.

If nobody goes for it here and now recommend you put it up on the craigslists, especially for Pdx, and list it under the vw sales.

this is not an ad to sell one... but I thought I'd give you guys a heads up on this.

I live in Eugene, and a red light runner hit my 2001 Subaru - the ins. co. is going to total it. So in a week or two there will be an '01 motor in Eugene. It does have a very slight head leak, and the car had 190,000+ miles on it (maybe the engine did also).
