Its going to be difficult or next to impossible to weld in the support under cargo door in between the outer and inner rocker so after we fit everything the inner rocker will be unscrewed and the support bracket will be welded from the back side then the inner rocker followed by the floor section.

Now for the right or passenger side under the cargo door. It looks like this section is the worst.

Tear down of the old rockers and support structure under the side floor sections. She looks pretty bad in there.

Thanks cru... what is it supposed to do? Added support to the rear of the rear seat frame? I think I can make this for sure. Is it really needed? I know the krusty kab doesn't have one.

Nice. I have to dig up the pic of the egg laden bird nest I found in the roof above the driver side visor.

Don't forget that this is supposed to go on the rear of the back seat bottom. I'm not sure if it makes a difference, but VW put it there for a reason.-

It's always worth the wait. The last 2 buses I've owned where solid enough to enjoy and then I broke them down. When I swapped my small nut for a big nut, I found my PS rear wheel well is hacked in bad. So I know that needs done. I want to replace the inside floors and dog legs. It was patch by the PO so... I'll drive it until I buy another house. Wink Cool

I wish I would have just put her back to running and enjoyed her for a while before I broke her down. I know its going to be sweet when its done but its sucks to have to wait.
