Do those suspension kits come with feeler gauges to check fender clearance?
As for the question posed in the link provided "Can you run bags in the winter?" My response is, "You can also wear a bikini in the winter if you don't dilly-dally between the hot tub and the back door!"
I finally got sick of our stock Jetta dragging bottom summer and winter and put a 1.5" lift on it on all 4 corners. That crowd obviously do not drive their cars very far or very often and likely only after scouting the route before hand. To each their own...
Just pick up your mufflers, cross members and tire tread peelings before you leave please to keep the neighborhood tidy. _________________ Our cars get old, we get old but driving an old VW never gets old! |

Or using the word 'rims' when talking about wheels. Not the same thing.
And don't me started on apostrophes where they don't belong. haha _________________ “If you care for a thing long enough, it takes on a life of its own, doesn't it? Mending old things, preserving them, looking after them – on some level there's no rational grounds for it.”

In the auto world fitment is a nuance describing not just physical fitting, but pulley, electrical connectors , etc are all correct.
Bolting in a part that physically fits is only the start. _________________ 🇺🇸 🇺🇸 🇺🇸 🇺🇸 🇺🇸 🇺🇸 🇺🇸 🍊 🍊 🍊 |

i am a firm believer in the oxford comma, though i never knew i had verve, elan, and/or panache.
as to wankers, plonkers, and tossers, aren’t they all a bunch of jerk-offs? _________________ 1978 Champaign Edition 2 Westfalia

Until Americans master the bait of Oxford commas, we will always appear to be wankers, plonkers, and tossers; totally lacking verve, elan, and panache. _________________ 🇺🇸 🇺🇸 🇺🇸 🇺🇸 🇺🇸 🇺🇸 🇺🇸 🍊 🍊 🍊 |
