I got one like that for free as it was bend in a few locations...looking at some photos you should be able to fab up clamps as I had to. I used a coat hanger wire or something similar and bend it to the right shape and transfer that to some sorta steel. Make the proper bends and adjust accordingly.

Here are some photos of a correct clamp.
I can make 2 dimensional paper tracings of the part and mail them to you if it would help.

Recently hooked up w An Awesome Condition Roof Rack from an Estate Sale.
Unfortunately, I could not find any clamps in the Coffee Cans or Drawers at the sale.
Anyone holding a clamp I could figure out how to duplicate?
I searched history and only found closed classified accounts.
I need two ultimately.
