How to make Gun Metal Blue

Does anybody know what colors to use to make Gun Metal Blue? I am really trying for a unique color. I want a blue effect when you look at a gun or pipes after they have turned blu.

I have tried a flash Silver with a Blue pearl and I got Silver with Blue highlights Rolling Eyes

Then I have tried a Blue and silver over shade effect. Trying to bring the colors of the two together on the car. Paint didn't like that much.
Any help would be appriciated.

mix silver and blue pearl together, with a hint of color in you clear

try spraying a black base then put a cobalt blue candy over it.
