Are KPZ steel wheels aftermarket or OE?

I'm looking at some 4 1/2 x 15 stock 4 lug wheels with a "KPZ" logo stamped on them. Any info?

KPZ is short for Kronprinz, one of the oldest wheel manufacturers in Germany. They have delivered wheels to VW since 1938. I many cases, they were dealer installed sports wheels, like the 5.5 inch KPZ wheels of the 70s.

Thanks for the heads up, I'll save those german wheels, they're in really nice shape and unmolested. I tried search, but couldn't find any info. I figured they were reproduction!
