Hi,
My name is Paul Barrow and I have recently moved to the Phoenix area. I'm saving up for a Baja bug next year, but in the mean time want to learn as much as I can about these vehicles. I have some experience on a 73 standard beetle I owned briefly where I did work on the tie rod ends, installed new disk brake's and bearings, dropped in a new gas tank, and learned what happens when you install a battery backwards (to be fair the ground wire was red). Does anyone know any good clubs or need a hand working on their project? I'm particularly good at holding things, passing tools, and running my mouth.
Sincerely,
Paul Barrow |

Hi Paul!
1st... I suggest you update the location in your avatar to Phoenix.
Then... I suggest you check out AZBaja.com. The forum there is like this one, but is based out of the Phoenix area. They would have welcomed you when you were in Tennesee, but a lot of the folks are in the Phoenix area. Real friendly and helpful too.

I'm not in AZ, but you'll often find me on AZBaja under another user name of MojaveRacer208. _________________ Richard
