isn't it just printed at the same size as the downloaded image?

This can be true in a lot of cases.
For this image:
I looked at the image and on my computer this does not seem to be true.
The image is around 42cm wide, which is far wider than the information BeaterBarndoor posted.

on my pc it seemed to come out at twice the size of beaterbarndoors 
what are the two lines for near the top? I thought there might be an instruction that they should be a set distance...

Thank you for measuring, BeaterBarndoor.
When I printed it first, width was 21cm.
I printed it on A4 size first.
I printed it on A6 size. Width of A6 is almost around 12cm.
Did it become the size near OG? 
I make A fine adjustment A little more.
