How long do you hold the button down. I just push for a sec along with the brake pedal. My Wife is always saying, “didn’t you hear it struggling?” And claims I don’t push it long enough. I never have heard a struggle and pretty much assume that the button automatically does it’s job. It’s not like turning a key, too short or even too long. Googling just sends you down a lost key fob rabbit hole. And the Nissan videos just push the button. _________________ 1973 standard, yellow, lowered, 3” narrowed front, 1600 blo-thru turbo w/single dell 15.4@86, so far

Push it the same length as twisting the key. _________________ Glenn

Momentary push button in my wife's (Hyundai) car. Same with the key in my old Ram. Momentary twist of the key and the computer does the rest. _________________

I’ve had push button cars for the last 10 years. Never had an issue. Apparently she just has an issue with me. _________________ 1973 standard, yellow, lowered, 3” narrowed front, 1600 blo-thru turbo w/single dell 15.4@86, so far
