I saw this on an art page of FB with no discription. Anyone else seen this and know what is going on? Is it just art or is there a practical purpose for the netting and the "eggs"?

I wonder what happened to the windshield wipers.
Also, the four chrome screw heads on the bumper look like misplaced bolts from RMW bumpers, GW bumpers with RMW bolts.
The lower eggs are obviously tarp weights. I'd like a few of them. _________________ - Jim
