This sounds like a lifestyle choice and situational circumstances for some. What are your thoughts on diverse people being included on electronic coupons? As you stated. People without smartphones, older folks and poorer folks.

those groucho marx drawn-on eyebrows that some women favour...
last year, when I was buying a house, I had to transfer a very large sum of money to my solicitor. this could only be done in a bank branch (try finding one still open!) and the 'manager' was called over. she turned out to be a young woman with trout pout, groucho brows and long acrylic nail extensions needless to say I was not impressed and I can still hear the sound of her nails scratching about on the ipad screen as she tried to do the transfer.

How about old people with no phone? I recently got rid of my flip-phone. The scams, political messages, and annoying medicare soliciting has stopped! I like it! |

HOV lanes.
These were intended to get folks to carpool to work, and et vehicles off the road. Nowadays someone taking their little darling to school or activity qualifies, which does not take a vehicle off the road. Plus, "environmentally friendly" vehicles with special license plates get to use them, motorcycles can use them, and - at least in Arizona - many drivers cheat and use them as there's pretty much no enforcement and the $400 minimum fine doesn't seem to dissuade them.
So many miles of perfectly good highway could be put into use.

The use of HOV lanes for EV and hybrid cars has been ended. Now they must alos comply with occupancy rules.

You'd expect it to be open in the middle of the night, but then they'll do construction and close 2 lanes  .

The money you and other old people save on not being scammed is the money we younger folks get to save on coupons. Fair is fair. If you wanted to save money, you should have been scammed into buying an iphone 23s. |
