These are the same plates that were on it when I drove it out of the VW dealer back in March of 1974.
In New York a car has to be 26 years old and registered as a HISTORICAL vehical.

I live in San Luis Obispo, CA and my plate reads SOLNSLO; it's supposed to mean sun in SLO but says something else if you spell it out. My camper reads GTONDBS
