Hey Everett- There is a guy 3 doors away from me who is asking $1.8 MILLION for his house. Do you mind coming over and telling him he is far more nuts than anyone who is asking far too much for any VW or rare VW part? I agree completely that there is tons of stuff in our community that is outrageously expensive but if you look at housing out here in California, you will see that the outrageous priced stuff we see is a drop in the bucket to a far larger unreality that is going on, REAL ESTATE. |
