Yay, it was found! (You might contact him and ask him to update/remove his Samba ad.)
The list is in two different threads now, so I've combined all the info (added the two new ones and updated that '90; also included stolen/found dates) into a single document. Once I get it converted to PDF, I'll upload it and provide a link in the stickies.
Also: Since the FAQ is information-overload, I added a "stolen van alert" section to the Photos sticky.
