Nice, but I noticed a tiny issue.
The hose between the distributor and the carb is wrong. There should be a curved metal line to prevent dripping gas from the carb into the vacuum unit. _________________ a beetle is like a cocker spaniel, always funny but sometimes not listening |

I’ve seen these pipes on some cars, but others don’t have them. I am planning on fitting the pipe, but as I said in my last post I’ll need to remove the carburettor to clean it out because the car refuses to idle.
I’m keen to get back out in the car so I’ll get onto sorting that soon. |
