I was recently able to add these beautiful original posters from the late 50s to my collection. I only knew some of the motifs from postcards or brochures. It is also interesting to see how many languages some of these posters were printed in. Are there any other examples? I'm going to have some of them framed and use them to decorate the walls of the room where I keep my collection.

The artwork is nice, but those people would not be over 5 feet tall in real life! _________________ We are striving for perfection, to make our cars run forever, if possible.

Found this old 50 page book, missing the cover, but has lots of cool old pictures, part numbers, and prices of accessories. Here are a couple pics but I might try to scan them if they aren't already listed in the archives here.

it was common practice to make the people smaller and sometimes one artist would draw the cars and another, figure artist, would add the people.

Found this at a used book store. Lots of period stories of people's vw experiences.
I think i will enjoy reading it.

Safer Motoring magazine 1962 or 1963
Hello, I have a very poor photocopy of I think a centrefold, with the large caption "It's all Irish ".
There are several photos of VWs competing in Ireland, including a Beetle on its two right hand wheels, very nearly rolling over!
This exact photo is the cover shot of the June 1962 issue, but I'm not so sure that the June issue is the one with the centrefold of several competing VWs , because I had a note saying the copy was from 1963.
Can anyone check this out for me please ?

I have these three beautiful little Belgian brochures in my collection. Can anyone help me determine when they were printed? Since they all feature split bugs, I think they are from at least 1953 or earlier.
