I watched that program and remember the scene, probably shot from a helicopter. I tried to view that program on YouTube but did not want to subscribe. But I found another similar YT program "Apollo 11 liftoff- the unseen spectators" where there's this ivory panel van TV support vehicle parked:

Here is an outtake of an accident on the set of the TV show "Adam-12". The cop car and the green car collide and the tail of the cop car clips the bus.

Watching the video it looks like the green car was supposed to turn left and the cop car was to follow. The reactions of the two drivers after the accident was probably someone f*cked up that one. Laughing
