Could be a '53 Standard, with the starter button at the upper left section of the dash.

Passenger door handle looks incorrectly positioned; would take an awkward hand movement to raise it compared to if the handle were positioned mostly straight-down (or at the "5:00" position to clear the window crank arc), then activated by a simple rearward hand pull.

Though I did find this for reference, pages from factory Workshop manuals on early (ribbed doors) and later ovals (Dan22 gallery)-
