What year is the car? Your name has "66" in it, you list a 67 and a 74 as your bugs. I'm assuming this is the 74 since you asked in the late-model forum. But I'll talk about both briefly:

66 and 67 have one LARGE relay box under the hood that operates and switches modes between the turn signals and the E-flasher circuits.

By 1974 they changed it so many of the switching function of that large relay relocated to the E-flasher switch. However the flasher relay, although it's simpler with only 3 terminals on it, still works on both the turn signals and the E-flashers, depending on what position the switch is in.

Earlier you had asked about the inline fuses... In either case your fusebox is under the dashboard - bolted through the body by the steering column on a 66 or 67, combined with a plastic relay panel on a 74 Super. There are no other factory inline fuses outside the fusebox itself, if you see any they are probably for accessories like stereo equipment, extra lights, etc.

On this diagram, tracks 40-51 are the turn signal and E-flasher circuit for a 74 Super. (track numbers are at the bottom of the diagram) Fuses 8 and 12 are the ones the supply the current to it.
