| going on what I was advised when I bought my W130 then 1:1, I have heard 1:1.25's are ok but was advised against them.. I sure someone with more experience will give better advise, but its done me proud and have no complaints. |

You need to know if your valve springs can handle that extra lift, and also that you have enough piston to valve clearence.
The w130 has .419" lift at the lobe. So you should have .460" at the valve with 1.1 rockers(stock) and .523" with 1.25's. That is a pretty big difference, you need to make sure your valvetrain is set up for it before you try them. If you dont, $hit will hit the fan! |

I have tried 1,25 on w130 last year with no problem.
The engine was a 2276cc and make constant 12,8s with street tires, 48 IDF and stock gear box, and was used a lot on sreet.
You must acheive a very good geometry and watch for coil bind... but it works. |
