I usually just jack up the front of the car, loosen the two bolts, the lower the jack down to where u want it to be then get back under and tighten up the bolts. They have to be cranked down or they wont hold. _________________ '60 Kombi Walk Through

My 67 had the adjusters welded in wrong, where it wasn't driveable even with it raised all the way up. So, I had to drill out the slot to be able to raise the adjuster more and get it off the ground. |

1) Jack the front end up till the tires are off the ground.
2) Loosen the bolts that keep the adjuster in place
3) Let the tires fall how ever high you want to raise it. (Using the jack to control this helps)
4) Tighten the bolts as much as you can.
5) Drop it back to the ground remove the jack and test drive it.
Not sure how much raising you Bug will change Alignment so make sure you are good to go. _________________ Anthony
