Click on the first two links of the original post, and prepare to be afraid!
Then you can click on the third link for some relief... |

I only speak one language too, but I can pick out a few words which appear to refer to taking on a car so far gone, like courage, respect, psychopath...
Seriously though, if you are going to make replacement parts, what better than a car so rusty that it more or less serves as a template for all new parts. |

It's great when people post up links to newly available sheet metal for the Karmann Ghia...quality parts heads-up will always have a place in the forum. However we are treading a fine line here on the difference between an instructional and an advertising feature.
Could I appeal to Fred...if you are in the business of supplying sheet metal replacement panels it would be appropriate if you added your services to the Samba Classifieds. That will give you an easy to find "Shop Window" for all Ghia restorers to find. _________________ John.

Thanks for the Mr John.
TS forum was the first place I ever shared my work, It was fun and inspirational. Fast forward a decade social media came on the scene and it was the fun and new thing to do. Now I don’t use social media at all, I removed it from my phone and now I enjoy the way it was in the good old days… posting in TSF 🤍 _________________ ⚒ Believe In The Power Of Positive Thinking ⚒
