| Hi Everyone one! I have not posted in some time! Just to let everyone know that my bus/buses are all in hibernation for the winter. Stored in a nice temp controlled enviro. I had Mantis Racing in Oakville ontario change my ignition to electronic, they found out my vac advance wasn't working for some time. I tell you! My bus runs great now! I would so love to drive it everyday! I would like to also say a warm thanks to all the people at work that contributed to the Chum X-mas charity fund for the kids this year. We found a good friend of mine (muscle car guy) that matched our contributions in toys.. In 4 days we got over a 1000 dollars worth of toys for the kids this year! I am very pleased as this is my first year to do this! I drew a picture of me and my roommate droping the toys off at chum city. I will post that later! Everyone! have a great X-mas and happy new year! Can't wait to see everyone on the road in the summer again! 2005 was very memorable for me! I got my bus after wanting one all my life (Thanks ebay!) and Mike. I was supposed to get married, but that didn't happen, I am upset, but it was for the best I guess, to do still miss her though. I guess that we could not agree for the last time. Everyone on the site has been very supportive and I love looking at all the pictures and the classifieds, man to they make me dream! Ok got to go! Beer is getting warm.... Cheers! |

3. single with a bus or buses is even better
4. a bus is better than a female because you can have as many buses as you'd like and the others don't mind
5. a bus is always wet

7. a bus can haul many females....
ok, sorry about that tangent...what conditions do you store your bus? Humidy control? Temp control? Air exchanges? What class environment are they stored? |

Thanks for the Tangent! It was a good Monday morning laught after a long weekend or work and play.
As for my bus (and the 84 westfalia), We store them in an industrial complex with standard heating. But the one thing that really helps is that I coat every nut and bolt with a product called "Fluid Film" you can find it at Walmart now. It works very well in preventing rust and corrosion. |
