| I am thinking of having custom glass made for my doors and rear quarterlights as I cant find any without scratches but not sure how thick standard glass is as I am not at home, anyone know how thick it is? |

| A quick measurement of a piece of door glass in my garage shows a thickness of 0.186 inch. |

GLass polishing kits and elbow grease might save you some serious $ _________________ 64 No'back Speedster "Pearl"

Make sure you have them temper the glass after it is cut to size and shape. You don't want plate glass in there. You could use laminated safety glass, but it is not recommended for side and rear glass. _________________ Later,

tempered glass is too hard to polish by hand. Sometime a window/glass shop can do it.
I tried on tempered glass on my SB before with 0 success |

| You will have to use laminate glass for this. You cannot cut tempered glass, it will shatter. Laminate glass on door windows is a no no, just in case someone needs to get you out of the car in an emergency. You can use it behind the driver. I found new glass through my local glass shop. Good luck |
