Short Shift Kit for '80

Does anyone know if this short shift kit from Van Cafe will fit in an '80 (I'm tired of putting my fist ito the CD payer!):

There are only two different kits... one with 12mm shaft(early) and 14mm shaft(late) I have one on my '91, and I am quite happy with it...

Eric, is there that much of a difference? Seems like alot of money for 25%?????

There is a fairly big difference...... $49 is not that much.....
